Father's Day Wishes...

It's Father's Day coming up this week so I'd like to share with you what I came up with for my own father for his special day.  Men's cards are not my most favorite cards to create but I tried to make it interesting as possible for my own Dad.

Pocket watches do seem to be a mans thing so I thought my Dad may enjoy these pocket watches. At 85 years old my father doesn't seem to get to excited so I imagine it will be the usual expression of a smile and grin and thank you when opening his card.  I will explain to him that my husband found that feather lying in our driveway one morning with another larger feather that he said; " the other one looked like a turkey feather"? My father always loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing.  So that feather will certainly peak his interest.

The large pocket watch was a free download from the Grapic Fairy. The face of the pocket watches may look blurry and a tiny bit faded to you.  It is a little because... I put " Ranger-Inkessentials - Glossy Accents" over the face of both watches to give it an appearance of a glass front on the pocket watches.  I have this  post mark stamp and don't quite know what to do with it?  Not so sure... I really like it on there but I left it on anyways.

My best to each of you on Father's Day.  Hoping you enjoy each moment celebrating the occassion with your own Father on the 17th.  May you embrace and cherish those wonderful memories and sweet times with your dad during your childhood....
