New Home Wishes...

Thanks for dropping in today.  It's always a pleasure.  I enjoy sharing my cards with you and I hope you enjoy stopping  by to peek?

I made this card to send to a neighbor who recently moved and will slip this in the mail tomorrow to send off to her new place to wish her loads of happiness in her new home.

Wishing you a happy day and hoping spring is beginning to bloom in your neck of the woods.

Springing Turquoise...

Thanks for dropping by today!  The weather by me is pleasant and warm today.  Looks like spring is finally in the air!  Something we all have waited for months. This has been one of the hardest winters all over the country from what I have heard?  As I present this  card and it's pretty color turquoise it gives me a feeling of spring!

I created this card using four different die cuts.  In the past I've been a bit lax on giving you some of the supplies I've used on my cards.  Mainly, because most of us already have the same supplies in our craft rooms and I know that as I scour the web searching and visiting other blogs in blog land.

The first  outside die cut is the frame from Spellbinders Nestabilities called "Decorative Labels Eight".

I felt the boarder was to plain to be all in white and experimented by cutting and putting inside the Marianne Design Creatables Corner Die Cut #LR0200 to help fill the space.  (This die cut happens to be one of my favorite dies.) Then the center turquoise die cut is from Joy Crafts #6002/0147.  As you will notice I folded this die cut in half to fit it nicely on this smaller 5 -1/2" X 4 " card. Then adding a dementional  K & Co. pretty white flower while adding the die cut from Marianne Design Creatables #LF0156  for the leafs and  adding a few pearls.

Thanks for stopping and just to let you know  I am getting close to hosting a blog give a way.  So stay tuned and know that I look forward to your sweet comments.

Just A Note...

I enjoyed playing around again with the Hello Doily Stamp from Stampin' Up.  This card just began with an experiment to try and stamp around the doily with the green stamp.

This stamp set is from Stampin' Up called "Vintage Vogue" and I stamped it around the edge of the doily stamp.  I love the soft blue and green colors together here.

Layering the Die Cut from Marianne Design #LR085 added a bit more interest to the doily.  And again I used two dimensional stickers from K & Company.  And then outlined the edge with my stamp around the page from Stampin' Up.

Off this card went to my neighbor from a previous neighborhood who has been nursing a broken wrist and frozen shoulder after falling on the ice this past winter. I did mange to get a phone call from her after receiving the card.  So sometimes cards do prompt a phone call in return.  Something I love being able to speak in person and really catching up with news to one another.

All for now ladies.  Do come back soon!

Tulips...

Sending sunshine and well wishes is my passion.

I made this card with no particular person in mind but love these two die cuts together and liked the end result while adding dimensional  tulips from K & Company.

This will be one of those cards I will set aside and make a special verse for the inside and send out when I need a quick card.

Hope you enjoyed stopping?  I enjoyed having you!  Now...come back real soon.
Better yet why not leave a comment today?

Heart to Heart

Another week, another card for you.
Once again, loving this heart die from Memory Box.

I used this heart die once again and made a lovely Anniversary card to share at a letter date.

Monochromatic always looks so serene.

Thanks for stopping!
